What happens next

  1. Onboarding call, 30 minutes. We walk through your inventory, current tools, and pain points. We recommend a plan and confirm the setup path.
  2. Migration setup. If you have a PMS today, we pull the reservation history, guest CRM, rate plans and channel mappings across.
  3. Configuration & training. Two sessions with your reception team, one with the revenue owner, one with the housekeeping supervisor.
  4. Go live. First month included. You confirm on day 30 whether to continue on the plan we agreed.
